有修Medrad高压注射器的吗

求Medrad stellant D 高压注射资料，或高手指点一二。开关报SW311是什么原因？？？

SW - Software Problem
Errors with SW typically indicate a problem with internal software. This may be a condition that
must be corrected, or simply an electrical transient that disrupted the system. Try the following:
• Remove and re-apply power to the unit. This triggers a self-test that will attempt to verify
proper unit operation. If the problem is corrected, there was probably a voltage transient in
the unit, now cleared, enabling system use.
• If the problem continues, contact MEDRAD to reload software.
• If the problem continues, replace the SBC card.
• If the problem continues, replace the Servo/CPU card.

你好，谢谢指点。开机10次就会有三四次报SW311，如果不报311就能正常使用。把这注射器个注射器换到另外一台主机上也一样报错。这跟软件有关吗？？？你说的reload software是对主机还是注射器？

sorry，这个我是从某个手册上看的，没有具体操作说明，个人理解，reload software应该是对注射器。
