agfa 5503相机报错

我们医院的激光相机AGFA 5503昨天起报错11124，但是打印不受影响，不知道该如可解决。帮个忙！！！

HC11124 : mdmmodule.init
        *        Type                Failure
        *        Meaning        Initialization or calibration of MDM module failed
        *        Reason        Homing failed or bulb-check failed, light intensity to low or to much tray light detected
                Cure        check MDM module
